📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the area.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and market trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.,Oversee inventory management and ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.,Ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing a team in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Knowledge of sales and marketing software and tools is a plus.
