📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and social media posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive content that drives sales and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and multimedia content creation.
• Assist in developing and implementing content marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
