📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the fabrication process for metal and composite structures, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform material selection, cutting, bending, welding, and finishing operations using advanced tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM software.
• Inspect and test fabricated components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain fabrication process documentation and records.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize material usage and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve fabrication processes.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the fabrication shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication engineering, with a focus on metal and composite structures.
• Proven experience with advanced fabrication tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM software.
• Certification in welding and metalworking (e.g., AWS, ASME) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of material science and properties of metals and composites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
