📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.,Promote products and services to customers, using effective communication skills.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist with the organization and maintenance of the sales counter and surrounding areas.,Stay informed about new products and services, and be prepared to provide accurate information to customers.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and customer service software is a plus.,Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
