📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that logistics operations support the overall business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics management, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as TMS, WMS, and ERP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards, including those related to transportation, safety, and environmental compliance.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
