📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Leading and mentoring a team of professionals to achieve section goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance.,Managing budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reporting to the Department Head on section performance and progress.,Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Providing training and development opportunities for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations.,Understanding of company policies and procedures.
