Life Plus Lestari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your branch from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with your team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales and revenue targets, and report to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
