📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food and service quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant services.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
