📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Monitoring access points and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the facility.

Patrolling the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activities.

Responding to security incidents and taking appropriate action.

Ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.

Maintaining security records and reports.

Assisting in emergency situations.

Enforcing security policies and procedures.

Providing a visible and professional security presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or related field.

Good physical fitness and stamina.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with security equipment and tools.

Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Valid security guard certification is a plus.
