📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and customer's preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Manage kitchen waste and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's permit and certification.
