📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals.,Coordinate and schedule team activities and tasks.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Team Leader in developing and implementing team training programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
