📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the collection process for Suzuki Finance Indonesia in the assigned region.,Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.,Monitor and track collection performance, providing regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely repayments.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve collection issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Provide training and support to collection staff to enhance their performance.,Identify and implement process improvements to streamline collection operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, preferably in the automotive finance industry.,Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving recovery rates.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and collection management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
