Urban Go Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Department Head to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Department Head in managing and leading our operations in Lamongan, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of successful leadership and team management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department's operations.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Coordinate with various teams and departments to achieve organizational goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a human resources department.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
