In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.,Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.,Document IT processes, procedures, and systems for future reference.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and upgrades.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are current and secure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
