📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Manage and optimize our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.,Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and drive conversions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.,Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.,Proven experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO.,Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
