Join Malindo Feedmill as a Field Extension Officer (Petugas Penyuluh Lapangan - PPL) and play a pivotal role in enhancing livestock performance across key regions in Indonesia, including Jabodetabek, Lampung, Palembang, and Pontianak.

As a Field Extension Officer, you'll be working directly with farmers and livestock owners to provide expert advice on feed management, nutritional requirements, and overall animal health. Your mission is to help them achieve optimal livestock performance through the use of Malindo Feedmill's high-quality feed products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement field extension programs to educate farmers on best practices for livestock nutrition and management.
• Conduct on-site visits to farms to assess nutritional needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of feed programs, and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that feed products are effectively distributed and utilized by farmers.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in livestock nutrition and animal health through continuous learning and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Promote Malindo Feedmill's brand and products through various outreach activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in livestock nutrition, animal health, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of feed formulation, nutritional requirements, and animal health management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with other relevant software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
