Hokian Hana Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes,Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy,Handle employee relations and conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Assist in payroll processing and benefit administration,Support the development of training programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with payroll and benefit administration is a plus,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
