📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of high-impact development projects in collaboration with local and international partners.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with donor requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations to secure funding and support.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including staff and contractors.
• Represent Global Impact Solutions in high-level meetings and conferences, both locally and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in international development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong understanding of local and international development standards, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment.
