Root One Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Admin Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our cashiering department, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashiering team, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Train and develop junior staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor cash handling procedures, ensuring security and integrity of financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Participate in inventory management and stock control processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cashiering and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cashiering or administrative role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in using computer software and cash register systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
