PT Media Galih is looking for a Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Cilegon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and leading a team of QC inspectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process for our products and services.,Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues.,Ensure all quality control procedures are followed and documented.,Provide training and support to the QC team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
