📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care,Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed,Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes,Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve patient care,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse,Valid nursing license and certification,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and regulations,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
