📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and supply chain operations.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the production area.,Manage and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.,Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and inventory levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ERP and inventory management software.,Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
