📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Monitoring production schedules and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Ensuring that quality standards are met and maintaining product quality
• Leading and motivating production team members
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Managing inventory and ensuring that materials are available when needed
• Providing regular reports to management on production progress and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with industry software and tools
• Experience in a similar industry is a plus
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
