📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
