📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or international work environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
