Bay Market Sentosa is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to relevant authorities,Perform audits and reviews of financial statements,Train and mentor junior accountants,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
