📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.,Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.,Provide training and education to employees on SHE best practices and emergency response procedures.,Monitor and evaluate SHE performance metrics and report findings to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of SHE considerations into all aspects of the business.,Investigate and report on SHE incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize environmental impact.,Foster a strong SHE culture within the organization and encourage employee participation in SHE initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHE management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Certification in SHE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international SHE regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with safety management systems and software.
