Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and engineering sector,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations,Manage and track sales performance and KPIs,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the construction or engineering industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of the construction and engineering industry,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
