Google is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to Google Cloud customers, ensuring they achieve optimal performance and efficiency of our cloud databases. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bali while contributing to the success of our global customer base.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and guidance to Google Cloud customers, helping them to optimize the performance and efficiency of our cloud databases.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our customers.,Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and training materials to support our customers and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and databases, and apply this knowledge to enhance our products and services.,Conduct regular customer meetings and workshops to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers are fully informed about the features and benefits of our cloud databases.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation in our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role within the cloud computing or database industry.,Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its database services, such as Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, and Cloud Bigtable.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.,Certifications in Google Cloud or related technologies are a plus.
