📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of delivery personnel, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Optimize delivery routes using GPS and route planning software to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and reported.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the delivery team.
• Prepare and maintain detailed delivery reports, including performance metrics and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the logistics or delivery industry.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of GPS and route planning software such as Google Maps, Waze, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
