📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of disaster-resilient city programs, ensuring alignment with national and regional disaster risk reduction strategies.
• Oversee the coordination and collaboration with local governments, NGOs, and communities to enhance disaster preparedness and response capabilities.
• Monitor and assess disaster risks using real-time data and advanced tools, providing actionable insights for risk reduction.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve program objectives.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and workshops to engage and inform communities about disaster risk reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national and regional disaster risk reduction policies and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program progress and achievements.
• Represent the BNPB Regional Office Bangka Belitung in national and international disaster risk reduction forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster risk reduction, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale disaster risk reduction projects.
• Strong understanding of national and regional disaster risk reduction policies and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid certification in disaster risk reduction or a related field is a plus.
