📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and manage live broadcast equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software such as OBS Studio and Wirecast.
• Coordinate with hosts to ensure they are prepared and comfortable with the broadcast process.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure seamless delivery.
• Edit and prepare broadcast content, including graphics, scripts, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement broadcast strategies.
• Provide technical support to hosts and guests during live broadcasts.
• Ensure compliance with broadcast regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports on broadcast performance and audience engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in live broadcast operations or a related field.
• Proven experience with live broadcast equipment and software, including OBS Studio and Wirecast.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with hosts, guests, and the marketing team.
