📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement PFEP systems to ensure every component is accounted for in our supply chain.
• Analyze production data using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement solutions for process optimization.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of PFEP systems to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of PFEP systems and best practices.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to supply chain and production efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and logistics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our manufacturing and logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
