🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or banking role.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking software and tools such as Core Banking System (CBS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and digital banking platforms.
- Certification in customer service or banking is a plus.
