📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of HVACR systems across all FamilyMart locations in Jakarta Selatan.
• Coordinate with technical teams to schedule and perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry.
• Monitor system performance and energy consumption to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on HVACR systems and best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to address any issues related to HVACR systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVACR systems, with a focus on maintenance and coordination.
• Certification in HVACR systems, such as Certified Refrigeration Technician (CRT) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and HVACR-specific tools like Trane Trace or Carrier HAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards for HVACR systems.
• Ability to travel to different FamilyMart locations in Jakarta Selatan as needed.
