📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that all Domino's standards and procedures are followed.
  • Manage a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other operational data.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry, preferably at a fast-casual or pizza restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Domino's products, systems, and procedures.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with additional education or certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
