📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and cooperative guidelines.
• Oversee the financial health of the cooperative, including budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of cooperative operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Train and mentor cooperative members on financial management, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and financial institutions, to ensure compliance and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and present regular reports to the cooperative board and members on financial performance and operational status.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in cooperative operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, auditing, or compliance within the cooperative sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cooperative laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in cooperative management or financial auditing is a plus.
