ESG Leader - Footwear

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement ESG policies and procedures for the footwear manufacturing operations in Bojonegoro.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance standards.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into daily operations and decision-making.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on sustainability best practices and ESG initiatives.
• Work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure ethical sourcing and responsible business practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ESG, and implement relevant strategies within the organization.
• Report directly to the ESG Manager and work closely with the Operations and Sustainability teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field, with a focus on manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Certification in ESG, ISO 14001, or other relevant sustainability standards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using ESG management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with footwear manufacturing processes and industry-specific ESG challenges is a plus.
• Ability to travel within Indonesia for business purposes.
