📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons to stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing appropriate feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development, and achievements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Promote a positive and respectful classroom culture.
  • Participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant teaching certification or license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool education.
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Passion for teaching young children and creating a loving learning environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
